Iris

Iris Hochschild – Fire Science Acadamy

Iris works hard to ensure customers are well taken care of. If you want something done – give it to Iris! Iris’s projects include making travel arrangements that involve well over 1,000 different domestic and international itineraries per year. In addition, she organizes FSA classes, meetings and conferences at Redfield and manages the Reno staff office located at that campus. As a member of the Staff Employees’ Council she continually volunteers when necessary for related committees, but also assists in other places when needed, an example being the Sweet Promise Land project.

Ben Roelofs

Benjamin Roelofs - Campus Computing Desktop Services

Benjamin is assigned the Clark Administration building as one of his areas because his demeanor, technical expertise and user service skills keep places like the President’s office and other executive offices in Clark Administration running efficiently and with little down time. He has handled issues deemed critical for President Glick after hours and made sure they were solved. Benjamin’s supervisor has received many e-mails of thanks and positive feedback and no negative feedback. This in itself is a feat in a service oriented industry.
