Gouem, McDonnell win June Employee of the Month awards
Employees of the Month for June 2007
Tatiana Gouem, Cooperative Extension
Tatiana provides extra effort to see tasks accurately completed during a staff shortage. She has trained emergency-hire staff and performs those duties they are unable complete. Tatiana consistently works to improve and learn new skills, including web maintenance, strategic planning, databases and completion of federal reports.
Pat McDonnell, Marketing and Communications Department
Pat demonstrates a willingness to help by accepting additional duties, as a result of open positions on the publications team, fact-checking, and research. In addition to his writing assignments he has expanded his responsibilities for copy editing, editing, coordinating writing and photography assignments, monitoring deadlines, and led many of the weekly status discussions for the spring issue of Nevada Silver & Blue.
