Town Hall meeting with President Glick, May 4
Since President Glick joined the University last August, the Faculty Senate and its executive board have had many opportunities to engage conversation with him.
In recent weeks, that conversation has gained in depth and I am happy to announce that the Senate is hosting the first Open Town Hall Meeting with President Glick for the rest of the faculty to join this conversation.
This will be an important opportunity for you to hear President Glick report on what he has learned about the University and its challenges, and to engage him in a rich discussion about how the University can become better. I think you will find this to be a very worthwhile discussion.
I hope you will join us for the Town Hall meeting from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, May 4 in Nightingale Hall.
President Glick has also opened a website inviting comment on a number of issues. Please visit that site and provide your thoughts to the president.
Thank you and I hope to see you at the Town Hall Meeting!
