Garcia named to Gibbons’ homeland security team

Adam Garcia

Gov. Jim Gibbons has named Adam Garcia, director of University Police Services, to the state Homeland Security Commission.

Garcia previously served on the governor’s transition team as a homeland security adviser prior to Gibbons taking office.

Garcia will serve along with Doug Gillespie, Clark County sheriff, and Mike Haley, Washoe County Sheriff.
