Work and Family Task Force seeks your input for day care needs on campus
The Work and Family Task Force Committee is exploring the needs and options for the provision of licensed day care for students, staff and faculty. In doing so, we are undertaking a survey to determine the level of need for day care from the campus community.
This is an anonymous survey. We ask that you enter your NetID to prevent outside people from taking the survey. Your responses will not have any identifying information.
The results of this survey will be tabulated and provided to the provost and vice president for administration and finance to support a request for proposals for licensed day care.
Your completion of this short survey is important to accurately represent the needs of the campus community.
This survey will be active from November 1, 2006 - November 15, 2006.
