Vote on University bylaw revisions: Deadline, Nov. 3

To all faculty:
During the past several years, the Faculty Senate Bylaws and Code Committee reviewed the University bylaws in their entirety to determine whether they are in compliance with the Nevada System of Higher Education Code and/or in need of language clarification.
The enclosed revisions, which have been approved by the Faculty Senate, are the result of that extensive review. We present them to you for your approval.

Ballots must be received no later than 5 p.m. November 3. Ballots received not in accordance with the instructions will not be counted.
The results will be submitted to President Milton Glick with a request for his approval and support before the Board of Regents. Revisions will be in effect upon the regents’ approval.
