Schleef wins September Employee of the Month Award
Katy Schleef
Once a month, University classified employees are acknowledged and rewarded for outstanding service, exceptional attitude, and excellence in work performance beyond their specific job requirements.
Nominees are reviewed by the Staff Employees Council’s employee recognition committee.
This month, the SEC would like to recognize Katy Schleef from the human development and family studies department.
Her nominator described her this way:
“In addition to her regular duties, Katy spent countless hours making sure the details for the statewide community assessment meetings on ‘Aging in Nevada’ were addressed. She arranged site facilities in Fallon, Las Vegas and Reno, as well as coordinated the invitations, information packets, catering, travel and accommodations for guest presenters.”
