Smart Living Expo, Oct. 7
The Smart Living Expo, a community sustainability event, will be held Oct. 7 at the Truckee Meadows Community College, Dandini campus.
The expo will include exhibits, keynote speakers, and workshops to provide a comprehensive, educational and networking program for sustainable business and community practices. These practices include green building, energy efficiency, renewable energy, resource conservation and stewardship, and responsible consumption.
Following the expo will be Nevada EcoNet’s annual Pinecone Ball. The expo sponsors include the Business Environmental Program of the Nevada Small Business Development Center, the Academy for the Environment, and the Mechanical Engineering Department. More information is available here.
